Quantic Jogging Club

6:00–7:30 PM · Quantic (125 E Chestnut St)

A free community gathering to move, connect, and reset. We jog, we breathe, we stretch, we ground. Guided mobility, breathwork, and meditation included. Come as you are—this is for everyone.

April 23

Free Yoga Class for BIPOC Community

6:30–7:30 PM · Quantic (125 E Chestnut St) · In honor of Minority Health Month

A space to restore, reconnect, and feel supported. This class is offered with intention, respect, and love—creating space for healing, presence, and community.

The Beauty Boost Asheville — Fitness Sampler

10:00 AM–1:30 PM · The Restoration Hotel

We’ll be showcasing Quantic in motion. Come experience our approach—where science meets soul, and every movement is designed with purpose.

Breathwork & Movement: Release & Reset

Your invitation to let go. Through guided breathwork and intentional movement, we’ll create space—physically, mentally, energetically. You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Quantic Beats: Movement & Rhythm with DJ Reality

10:00 AM–12:00 PM · Urban Orchard

Movement meets music. Wellness meets rhythm. A full Quantic experience—meditation, mobility, strength, flow—all elevated by a live DJ set that moves with you.
