How much does personal training cost at Quantic?
Personal training sessions are $85 per session, sold in 8-session packs. Duo (partner) training is $130 per session. Your initial consultation is always free—no pressure, no hard sell.
Do I need to be in shape to start training here?
Not at all. We work with people at every fitness level—from competitive athletes to people rebuilding after surgery. Every program is built specifically for your body, your history, and your current abilities. We meet you where you are.
What conditions do your trainers work with?
Our trainers specialize in working with clients managing joint replacements, arthritis, osteoporosis, MS, post-surgical recovery, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and chronic pain. We also train competitive and recreational athletes.
What is a Functional Movement Screen (FMS)?
An FMS is an assessment tool that identifies movement imbalances, limitations, and areas of opportunity. It helps us design a program that supports your body rather than fighting it. Many clients say it's the first time anyone looked at how they move before telling them what to do.
What is VIPR training?
VIPR is a dynamic loaded movement training tool that builds functional strength, mobility, and coordination. It translates directly to real-life activities and is used by clients of all ages and abilities at Quantic—including a 72-year-old client with six hip replacements.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We're at 125 E Chestnut Street, Suite 2, in downtown Asheville, NC 28801. Open Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Street parking and nearby garage parking available.
