Concierge-Level Training Built for Your Body

Every session starts with understanding—your history, your limitations, your goals, your current capacity. We design programming around who you actually are, not some generic template.

One of our core tools is the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). It identifies imbalances and areas of opportunity so we can build a program that supports your body instead of fighting it. Many of our clients say it's the first time anyone has looked at how they move before telling them what to do.

Our studio houses five private training rooms, giving you a focused, uninterrupted environment where the only agenda is your progress. Sessions are form-driven, detail-obsessed, and grounded in biomechanics—because the right movement, done correctly, changes everything.

1:1 Personal Training

Fully individualized sessions with your dedicated coach. Programming adapts session to session based on how you're moving, feeling, and progressing. 8-session packs available.

Heat, Breath & Intentional Movement

Our dedicated hot room creates a controlled thermal environment that enhances mobility, accelerates recovery, and supports nervous system regulation. Controlled heat helps your body release tension, increase blood flow to joints, and move with greater range and ease.

This isn't about intensity for intensity's sake. Hot room programming at Quantic is designed to support longevity, joint health, and the kind of sustainable progress that compounds over time. Breath-centered yoga practice in a heated environment. Builds flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while supporting joint health and recovery. All levels welcome.

A guided movement class designed for bone health, joint mobility, and nervous system balance. Developed by Maria to support clients navigating osteoporosis, osteopenia, and age-related joint changes through safe, intentional movement patterns.
