Something new starts this month. Every issue of our newsletter, and here on the blog, we’re giving space to someone from the collective to share what they’re thinking about, working on, or living through. We’re calling it Voices of the Collective, and one of our clients is up first.
One of our clients, Loren Greiff, was fired at 55 over a single word: “yippee.” She could have let that be the end of the story. Instead she took it to the TEDx stage.
In its first three weeks, her talk passed 150,000 views and gathered more than 460 comments. We are not surprised. It lands hard for anyone who is building muscle, staying in shape, and committed to living healthier for longer.
“We don’t age out by living longer. We age out by living smaller.”
That is the whole message, and it is the same thing we say in the studio every week. Strength, mobility, and capacity are not things you age out of. They are things you keep asking for.
Watch it, leave a comment, and share it with someone who could use the reminder that they do not have to shrink. It is worth 11 minutes of your time, and it speaks directly to why so many of you are here: building strength, staying in motion, and living well for a long time.
